• Plans must stay under ~50% context usage to maintain quality.
• Claude automates CLI/API tasks; humans only verify or decide.
• Deviation rules auto-fix bugs, gaps, and blockers.
• Milestones mark shipped versions (v1.0, v1.1, etc.).
• No enterprise patterns: no RACI, no ceremonies, no governance.
• Context awareness with auto-handoff at 10% remaining.
• Critical decisions require user gates (ask, confirm, decide).
